Beatrice Gatama is an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care, chronic disease management and aged care, with a strong commitment to delivering holistic, person-centered and evidence-based healthcare.

With extensive nursing experience across primary care and community aged care, Beatrice brings advanced clinical knowledge together with a compassionate understanding of each person's individual health needs, circumstances and goals. Her approach extends beyond treating an immediate illness or symptom and considers the whole person, including physical health, emotional wellbeing, functional ability, lifestyle, medications, social circumstances and support networks.

Her gerontological focus supports older people experiencing multiple health conditions, polypharmacy, frailty, functional decline and changing care needs. Main focus on dementia care, falls review and management, palliative and end of life care in the elderly. Beatrice is passionate about helping people maintain their health, independence, dignity and quality of life, particularly those receiving care at home or who experience difficulty accessing traditional healthcare services.

She believes that effective healthcare is built on listening, prevention, early intervention and working collaboratively with patients and their other health care providers.
